At the end of last month we had a team of 8 swimmer take on the best in Australia at the Australian Open Water Championships in Busselton WA. We saw lots of tough fast racing and plenty of PBs from our swimmers.
Special mentions to Luke Higgs for coming away with Gold for the 2nd year on a row in the 5km. Macy Beuzeville for competing in both the 7.5km and 5km in the same competition for the first time. And Sam Higgs for making the Australian Junior Open Water Squad based off his efforts in the 7.5km. Well done to all that raced.
