Last weekend 48 NS Aquatics Swimmers represented Warringah Swim Club at the 2025 Metropolitan Championships.
In the combined Junior and Senior Metropolitan Championships Club Point score, Warringah finished in 9th place out of 70 Clubs who competed.
48 swimmers competed in 160 Individual swims with the following results.
51 Personal best times swum
73 Swims in the top 10
16 Gold
7 Silver
4 Bronze
Special Mention to Sam and Luke Higgs who swam themselves into the record books.
Sam broke the Metropolitan: 18yrs Boys 400 IM record by 4sec.
Luke broke the Metropolitan:
16yrs Boys 400 Free record by 2sec
16yrs Boys 800 Free record by 14sec and set a new ALL Comers Record.
Luke also broke the 16yrs Boys 800 Free NSW State record
